As CFO of Aspen Healthcare, led the 25-year, $300mn sale-and-leaseback with Welltower across four hospitals while operations ran uninterrupted. With the $215mn sale to Tenet Healthcare counselled alongside, the disposal mandate was completed within the year, with reporting to the regional corporate board and the US global board.

Engaged to make the finance function of a $40bn utility investable. Delivered an eight-initiative, $160mn portfolio with $80mn in modelled benefits, rebuilt the $5.3bn Budget 2026, and released more than $200mn in transformation and concession scopes to market, laying the foundation for the sector's move to concessions.

Drove the margin and performance turnaround as CFO of a 400-bed Jeddah provider, anchored by a 12 per cent tariff renegotiation with BUPA and Tawuniya. Secured $107mn in credit facilities funding five facilities, all operational today, and designed the approved 25-year, $270mn growth plan.

$120 million cancer centre, delivered
Prepared the feasibility study and investment appraisal for The London Clinic's Cancer Centre from inception to the inauguration by HM Queen Elizabeth II, within the $500mn+ Quantum Leap estate renewal. Alongside, lifted EBITDA margin from 20 per cent to 27 per cent and cut debtor days from 47 to 35.

Concession gates, anchored in law
Built the commercial gate architecture anchoring water purchase, transmission, treatment, and long-term O&M agreements in Saudi PSP law. Co-authored the concession RFP as a member of the technical committee, the tender that now brings the sector to market.
