Biography
Syed Kashif K. Haqqi, FCA, FCCA, FRSM, FIOL, FRSA, is a privatisation and infrastructure finance leader and two-time chief financial officer with 25 years’ experience across regulated infrastructure, healthcare, sovereign reform, and private equity in the UK and the Gulf. He is the privatisation adviser at Saudi Arabia’s National Water Company, a utility owned by the Public Investment Fund with a $40bn asset base serving 25mn people, where he leads the concession programme for the Kingdom’s water distribution sector under the National Water Strategy 2030.
