Biography
Syed Kashif K. Haqqi, FCA, FCCA, FRSM, FIOL, FRSA, is a chief financial officer, board adviser, and transformation executive with 25 years' experience across regulated infrastructure, healthcare, sovereign reform, and private equity in the UK and Saudi Arabia. He is the privatisation adviser at the Saudi National Water Company, a Saudi Public Investment Fund-owned utility with a $40bn asset base, leading the concession programme for the Kingdom's water distribution sector under the National Water Strategy 2030. He previously spent seven years corporatising Saudi Arabia's health system, which runs on a $32bn annual budget. His executive record includes more than $1.2bn in exit and debt-funding transactions, a more-than-2x private equity exit, and $600mn+ in projects delivered. His committee service spans audit, nomination and remuneration, investment, and transformation committees. He is an assistant professor of health economics at Alfaisal University in Riyadh.
