Syed Kashif K. Haqqi, FCA, FCCA, FRSM, FIOL, FRSA, is a chief financial officer, board adviser, and transformation executive with 25 years’ experience across regulated infrastructure, healthcare, sovereign reform, and private equity in the UK and Saudi Arabia. He is a senior adviser leading the national water finance strategy and transformation at the Saudi National Water Company, a Saudi Public Investment Fund-owned utility with a $40bn asset base. He previously spent seven years corporatising Saudi Arabia's health system, which runs on a $32bn annual budget. His executive record includes more than $1.2bn in exit and funding transactions, a more-than-2x private equity exit, and $600mn in projects delivered. His committee service spans audit, nomination and remuneration, investment, and transformation committees. He is an assistant professor of health economics at Alfaisal University in Riyadh.
